Produced in the province of Bari, Italy. The Rusticanine pasta is ridged all the way around! this flat pasta is groved on top, and ruffled around the edges. Perfect with any sauce. 

Bottega Ditalia,  is an organic Italian pasta is made by Pastificio Marella, one of the top producers of traditional Apulian handmade pastas. "Pastificio Marella" pastas are extruded using a bronze die, creating the best possible texture for your pasta. Once extruded the pasta is dried over several days, creating a flavor unique to Pastifico Marella.
