It was still 1950 when the young Giuseppe Geraci  discovered that he had a great passion for coffee, while he offered it in a cup every day to the customers of the prestigious family business, the  Pasticceria Geraci di San Giuseppe Iato, the place where he approached the profession and that will then determine the future choices, such as opening a roasting of his own.

The small family-run roasting company was born in 1969 thanks to his passion and intuition: at the age of twenty Giuseppe laid the foundations for the development of a solid business, capable of fully interpreting, over the years, the true role of a coffee of quality in the Palermo and Sicilian scenery. This is how Caffè Caliente was born .
